theres not already a real requierement to create a clan, you just have to on game add your clan tag name on your profile on fiends list section, and here on forum just u have to make a thread if you want on clans subforum, and there expalin, describe your clan, what u stand for, your clan rules, your can contact ways, and your list member, you are free to design this , just respect forum rules and avoid any offensive/sexual/illegal content

You should see that sign where the arrows are pointing to under every one's post. Just click that and reply to that thread. And you will be able to quote that person.

frist u have a quoting button (first one with green +) on every reply form others user, this will quote all the reply

or

the second way u can copy the text u want to quote and on reply u just have to type
