Vampire Teeth weapon

Should we add a weapon called "Vampire teeth" (melee weapon) that if you kill someone with those, you will get 20 health.

Its basically as the blood sucker weapon just this weap when u kill u got health at variance the blood sucker when u hit u got health. The name of ur suggested weapon is cool. Btw i couldn't find the drawing. ....
