I tried it exactly like that except for health and time but it still didn't work..

There is nothing to do with big explosions, I played a random game now, it was flat terrain and at the beginning when no one even played yet there was a red button on the middle of the terrain, when you move on it and press x it says you lost all your ammo, it's just a trick.
it appears randomly in some games, eventually you all will get it in the game.
