A Poll Suggestion
Hi,

So this has been an issue recently that people have spoken about when they see polls that people make. For example.

Do you like this idea

(The choices you can pick)
-Yes
-No, I hate you

This is getting frustrating for people who want to vote, or at least want to see what people have voted for, since they need to pick one of those to be able to see.

So I am suggesting an option that instead of voting. You click some button by the options that says "Don't vote" And when you click that you see the poll, the same way as after you voted. Except you don't see your name on there because you didn't vote.

RE: A Poll Suggestion
Well, the purpose of your suggestion is kind of nice, but I don't think it should be implemented because that would lead to most of the people voting neutral options only so they can see the results. I think it's better to leave the incentive to actually participate in the poll, even if it's just a little detail.
I also think people should only add objective options to their polls such as ''I agree'' and ''I disagree'' instead of subjective options such as ''I like it'' and ''I dislike it'', specially when some of them tend to go off-topic (like the infamous ''I hate you'' which doesn't add anything relevant to the topic in discussion).

It's not that I fear in my own self-confidence, it's that the others fear in it.

RE: A Poll Suggestion
@Grim. I thought about that also. (Where people would just skip the voting) But I mean that would only happen if the pole had no good answers that you could choose from. I would post my opinion on the pole even if my idea was implemented, if my opinion on the topic was in one of the poll answers. I don't see how most people wouldn't do that.

You don't need to vote to see results of the poll:
