Idea for a new mode
I had an idea for a new mode and I’d love some honest, critical feedback from other members. I had a quick browse through the suggestion thread earlier and couldn’t see any prior suggestions like this, so I hope you’ll be brutally honest!

Recently, I’ve played against quite a few people who’ve skipped multiple rounds, most often because they were hiding or were trapped in dirt bombs. So I thought that perhaps a mode could be introduced, in which missing or skipping a turn could lead to a deduction of 5 or 10 points from that player. I think the mode would work best during 10 second rounds, as this makes it a little harder.

In a team game, I’ll admit that this could be detrimental if one member of a team consistently misses turns. I can’t really think of a way to combat that, but I’m open to ideas.

This way if you get in a team with guest, you are sure to have damage to you. Smiley_Tongue. Anywy, if it could be somehow limited to registered user (If you make a game, everyone involved ). Although, opposite to this, a pro person can put this mode as well as Pos rep That may counter the problem here.

Thank you for the feedback!

I had a look at Rata's suggestion. It was a good suggestion and also, as you said, quite similar. However, I wouldn't say it's exactly the same suggestion. As much as I love the idea of dirt bomb suffocation, there's still the issue of hiders skipping turns. Regardless, I appreciate response!

Except Tally's idea is different than his...

Rata suggested, as the name of the thread implies, suffocation from being trapped in dirt bombs or other terrain.

While Tally is suggesting this:

this have been suggested before. i recommend to you go to read Rata's suggestion, its called Suffocation, till now the best suggestion made regarding skipping turns while trapped or just for skip .


Thers no point to give again a feedback that says the same i said when this was suggested before.

seems ppl don understand and only jump as always thinking this reply was an atack, and the true its called feedback



the idea can sound similar, but suffocation ideas tunr on the debate about skiping turns and get dmg for doind that, not only center the concept for the main post, as u can see and i quote epicgamer and other set that conclusion regarding the debate, thats why i said this have been suggested before, becausewhen ideas get a decent feedbackm turn into a debate and all the possible ways and issues are taked at once.


examples of how your idea was debated along time ago, so its not new, its not diferent its the same

so if the forum already have an idea thast have the same contetn, and already had a debate with the feedbacks , could be better reply and dig on that thread, instead of making a second one of the same.

This is not a personal atack or against tally, its just becasue rules of forum say to not duplicate content and as i prove the feedback included tally suggestion along time ago

It's alright, I didn't take it as an attack. I asked for honest feedback and you gave it. Although I searched through 'Suggestions' beforehand to check, I must have missed that particular thread. I'll read through it properly this evening.
