as long as its in player's control not extra "hand" in 1 vs 1 match (aka player can't use other weapons w/o losing tank) and dmg ain't high then not bad.

Maybe he meant it'd be something like robot panda, so you need just 1 turn.

Make it a stash only weapon. As well as make the big boom look like a tiny firework in comparison.

Yes to make it stash only, but I don't think we need anything bigger than the Big Boom.
