It would be cool if you was in a game you get a voting of colours and each player chooses and that's the colour for each teams!?

So you want to replace the existing team select feature with the name color select feature? This means that you'd never play with your friends/clan mates in a battle unless that's all who joined. There's no way that this would really work well unless you completely remove the team element.

Yeah, that's too complicated. Just leave it like it is. You just keep clicking until you get the color you want for your team.
Since we have the friends list, it's easy to take all the time needed to team up with your friends before opening the game.
