Still cant get the gate, done everything wore the panda shell, killed peeps with pan, and panda wep and tried it on practice went on leaderboards, typed panda stuff on chat still nothing...

You guys need to forget about the word 'PANDA' for a second . You can clearly see in the image that you first need to find a key, only then it will ask you to find the triangle which we all know where it is. So find the key first!
