first this had been suggested millions of time, learn to use search tool before posting

second, this is something the game dont need, be prestige doesn't mean be skilled, i don't find any productive in limiting the requirements to be on a match, besides as many mention its to hard fill games rooms right now so this will turn it worst, this kind of suggestions are noting helpful, just make more unskilled the game, and rewards those who lack of skill.
