yeah i look the copy rights up and all i found out is that theres only copyrights for the animation comic version of kick ass the real characters are not copyrighted.

The characters themselves are copyrighted figures in either the movie or the books, rendering these shell suggestions rather useless. The Donkin's would need to get permissions from the author and production companies to use the names/likenesses of each character, even for an egg design.
